- Hi everyone,
I hope you are all well and
enjoing the sunny weather (not). I have so much to talk about so her
goes.
As you may have seen I have
had interviews out over the past few weeks in Bella and in OK. As you
may know I found the OK! shoot a bit uncomfortable, I think it was
because it was a new photographer, and Craig and Emma were both away
working abroad which means they couldn't come with me but I thought the
new pic in the article was cute. I also really liked the article as I
get on so well with the lovely Christian from OK! and its nice to just
have a gossip on the phone. Whilst I am on the subject Christian is
getting married to his lovely boyfriend Marcos in August which means I
am going to my first gay wedding which is soooo exciting. I love them
both and they always throw fab bashes so should be wicked. Also Craig
and I are each other's dates so should be fun! The Bella shoot was also
fun and it was lovely to be on the cover of such a long running womens
mag. I think its the first time I have done Bella actually but I
remember my mum reading it when I was younger. The photographer was the
lovely Abi who I have done about 50 shoots with so I felt really
comfortable and I just love her!
Also as you know I am the
News Of The World's Big Brother columnist for this year. I love doing it
but it means a lot of early Saturday mornings which in turn means a lot
of Starbucks! As I said I do enjoy it and its great to have a BB column
4 years in a row but at the same times its very stressful and I will
admit I stress myself out every week thinking about it especially as
it's only about relationships. I'd like to thank Gary, Jim, Dan Wooton,
Gemma, Dan Evans and the tallest man alive Robbie over there for
allowing me to do it and also for taking care of me on Saturday. I know
quite a lot of people liked the ones with Kinga and Amy and we will have
Sylvia on in the next few weeks so look out for that. Also I am still
doing Michelle's Sex Clinic in the Daily Sport every Tuesday which has
been going for nearly a year and a half!
I mentioned that Suzie
Truffles was in the vets i my last blog. Sadly Steve and I lost Suzie
not long after that. Hopefully she wasn't in too much pain at the end.
Anyway back to less
depressing things. I did a glamour shoot in Majorca back in May which
was fun but the weather was awful. Was nice to have a girly weekend
though with Kinga, Amy, and Lottie and Carly from Shipwrecked. It was a
lot of hard work though! Some of the pics have been in the News Of The
World already but there are lots more sets coming out in the next few
weeks I think.
I went to the OK! Mag party
at the Excel Centre in Docklands a few weeks back too. It was nice to
catch up everyone there but I had to run off to a BBQ so couldn't hang
around for long. I did enjoy a few drinkies and some nibbles before I
made my swift exit though and caught up again with everyone from OK. I
also celebrated Craig's birthday with him, going for dinner and onto a
bar in Soho for some pole dancing! We are actually off to Roller Disco
next weekend and we are dressing as Barbie and Action Man so that should
be great fun although, I am not great at roller skating but I am assured
I will be held up!! Wish me luck!
Finally I have done quite a
lot of work for BBLB recently and hopefully it will continue. I was on
with lots of ex housemates thr first time, including Samanda, Marco,
Aisleyne, Kinga, Maxwell, Makosi etc. That was fun and also weird having
so many ex housemates in the same room! I also appeared on the show the
Sunday after that, talking about the wedding task and I sang Pie Jesu!
In the run through it was never mentioned but when I was asked I had to
do it as the audience were cheering! I just took a deep breath and did
my best - it took me back I can tell you! And last week I filmed a day
in the life of Lisa which involved ten hours of filming with no breaks.
I had to walk a teddy cat on a lead up and down her high street in the
rain and going to her gym! So fingers crossed they like what I'm doing
and I can do a lot more with them as I love it.
Anyway I am off. I hope I
have covered everything and again thanks to everyone for their continued
support. I know I have been slow for the past few months but like I said
on the form "the Bass is back".
