02/05/2007 - Hi Guys, Sorry it has been such a long time since I have written a blog (I know I seem to say that every time don’t I!). Firstly the weather is amazing at the moment and I love it! So nice to get out in the sunshine it really brightens up your mood.

As you all know I ran my first London Marathon a week or so ago. My god! Even though it was hard work, I am so glad that I did it. As you know I had a knee injury a couple of weeks beforehand, and I was kind of borderline as to whether I should do it or not. But then I went to get my running number from Excel and just thought, whatever I’ll give it a shot! I was fine until I was about halfway round and then my knee really started to hurt, but I wanted to finish it and decided to walk the rest of it. The last 6 miles were PAINFUL! Craig and Emma walked the last 5 miles with me, which I was glad about! And by the time I finished I was ready to collapse! But I got my medal, and looked at it and felt really pleased with myself (and relieved it was over!). My Just Giving page will be up until June (that’s when they take it down and donate the sponsorship). Thank you to everyone who has donated and if you have any more pennies lying around please do donate at www.justgiving.com/michellebass - all the rabbits and kittens will appreciate it!!

I have a manic week this week! I had a shoot with the Mail on Sunday a couple of days ago. It’s a property feature so it’s a bit different. Should be out in a couple of weeks I think. I am also filming for the E4’s Big Brother Where Are They Now – they are filming my shoot. Then I have an interview and shoot for Star Magazine which is out next week. And I also have a shoot to go with my agony aunt column which starts on 9th May in the Daily Sport. It will be along the lines of Jordan’s column in OK! and Lucy Pinder’s in Nuts. Later in the week I am off to Newcastle to present Century FM’s breakfast show on Thurs morning and I also have another shoot on Friday morning which is top secret at the mo. So it’s all go at the moment! And I have to find some sort of time to pick a dress out for OK!’s party next week – where will I find the time?!

What else have I been up to? Oh, I went to Kinga’s birthday drinks a few weeks ago. We started out with drinks, and then ended up in a club called Trannyshack (what is it with me and trannies, I am always in their company!). It was one of the funniest nights I have had in a long, long time. I have also had my family down for a few days – so have been busy entertaining and playing the hostess! I also went to the I Want Candy premiere! I got a beautiful dress in the end I hope you all liked it. It was weird seeing myself on the big screen, even though it was only for a minute! I caught up with Aisleyne and we danced the night away. I also met Bianca Gascoigne who I adore! I met Danielle Lloyd too - she seemed sweet but very guarded, but I know what it’s like to come out of that house and how scary everyone seems. I also went to Christian from OK!’s birthday party. I met Nikki and Richard from last years Big Brother who both seem sweet. Richard came to Kinga’s birthday actually, he thinks she’s hilarious!

Also some good (and exclusive!) news on the love front! I have a new boyfriend called Steve. He is such a nice guy; he treats me very well and gets on well with all of my friends and family which is very important. We haven’t been together very long but its going very well so far so I have my fingers crossed! He’s not in this industry either (he has a completely different job!) which is nice and refreshing. Next time I write I will give you an update on him – but I am very happy at the moment – with work and my personal life!

I think that’s it! Thank you again for all the support I appreciate it so much as always.

All my love,
Michelle xxx
